This website belongs to Iryna Huttenlokher, a tattoo artist based in Miami, Florida (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information I collect through this website, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
What I collect
When you send a booking request, I receive the information you enter in the form:
- your name, email, and — if you choose to add them — phone number and Instagram handle;
- your tattoo idea, placement, size, style, the city where you’d like to get tattooed, and how you heard about me;
- reference images you attach;
- any allergies you mention — this is health information, and I use it only to keep your session safe;
- your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the estimated time and price shown in the form.
When you leave a review, I receive your name, rating, review, the tattoo you mention, and your consent to publish it.
Automatically: like any website, the hosting provider receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type when pages load. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only saves your light/dark theme choice in your own browser.
How I use it
- to reply to your request, hold a consultation, and plan and prepare your tattoo;
- to schedule and confirm your appointment;
- to publish your review on this website — only if you agreed to it, and only your name as you entered it;
- to meet legal and safety requirements for tattoo services.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Only the services that help this website work:
- Netlify — hosts the website and processes the forms, including automatic spam filtering;
- Google — delivers form notifications to my email (Gmail).
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your information as long as I need it for your consultation, appointment, and aftercare questions, and as long as the law requires for tattoo records. After that, I delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent, or to remove your review from the website. Just message me onInstagram or Facebook, or reply to any email you’ve received from me.
Age
My services and this website are for people 18 and older. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to your information is limited to me and the services listed above. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but I take reasonable care to protect it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
